Love this yoga studio! Truly focuses on your whole body through their offerings of a variety of classes, workshops and instructors, along with massage, reiki and reflexology practitioners. It is a lovely space in which I have been warmly welcomed by both patrons and staff. Grateful to have found this yoga community.
I joined Whole Body Yoga not long ago and I have never felt more welcome and comfortable at a yoga studio. Daily yoga at home has been my go to for years now but I was missing a community connection. I couldn’t quite find the feeling of calm/acceptance/community I was looking for at many of the studios I tried, but from the moment I walked in the door at this studio I felt like part of a family. It’s the first time I’ve been to yoga classes that had a range of ages and ability, there was no intimidating pressure to perform as well or better than anyone. The first time at a new yoga studio has always been fraught with trepidation for me, as the Lululemon-wearing, coconut water-drinking crowd isn’t the group with whom I typically enjoy practicing yoga – no judgment, just not my thing.My trepidation on my first visit to WBYS was totally wasted.The staff is lovely, the teachers are all phenomenal in their own right, and there is an incredible variety of classes from which to choose.
