Chip was great to work with. At first we had some confusion about upgrading my old laptop. We added a new battery and a few other things to make it work better, but realized we needed to take another turn. Chip was very apologetic about the confusion and he wanted to make things right at all cost. We worked it out and Chip found me a upgrade to my old laptop. Chip bit the bullet on some of the cost and found me something exceptional. I'm so happy with the service that was provided. Chip met me to hand deliver the laptop and I couldn't more satisfied. Chip was outstanding and a huge help in getting an affordable replacement for my 15 year old iMac which had given up the ghost. He was pleasant and patient in guiding me through my options and I am a very satisfied customer. I will definitely use him again. Thanks, Chip!

Chip was responsive and honest about the issue with my iMac. He fixed it within days and now it runs like new. I'd recommend working with Chip and TAG to anyone that has an Apple product.
