Finding Kelly & The True Wellness Center has completely changed my life. Her unique approach of addressing & teaching how to take care of the physical, mental, emotional & spiritual bodies has had a profound effect on me. Whereas, years & thousands of dollars spent on allopathic, functional & even naturopathic doctors only got one piece of my puzzle leaving the other parts to go awry. She introduced me to muscle testing & the whole world of tapping into your body’s innate wisdom. Even more importantly, she helped me open my heart so I could actually receive healing. I have went from decades of dysregulation, fear-based living, stagnant lymph & illness to a vibrant, centered state of being, full of freedom who understands now how to support my whole self. I highly recommend Kelly & The True Wellness Center if you seek a heart-centered, multi faceted approach to your well-being.
