The customer reached out to them anyway based upon their professionalism and the great reviews online. They were again super professional and agreed to everything they had promised over a year prior. Eric Arditi with North Star Roofing worked closely with us and walked us through the whole process after our roof sustained hail damage. Eric answered questions and addressed any concerns we had and North Star worked closely with the insurance company and kept us informed through the process. Three layers of old roofing had been removed from the porch roof and the siding no longer met the porch roof line. The company is all about customer service and the siding team was sent out twice and worked till it was perfect. We also had larger size gutters installed to handle the large amount of water that comes off our roof. The gutter installation went seamlessly, the contractor answered my questions and let me know about any potential issues and how he would be installing them. Apparently there is more than one way. Everyone who came onto our property was courteous and professional. Every employee and contractor spoke highly of the owner and spoke of how well the company was run. That meant a lot to us and was better than a recommendation from a customer. While work was being done Eric would drive by to check on things and would stop by to make sure we were happy with the work. Today, while the gutters were going up, Jeff, the owner drove by and Eric stopped by later. We were not a big job, we have a small house in Morrisville; that did not seem to matter as to the level of service provided, truly impressive.
