I reached out to Curran after struggling with extreme pain in my shoulder/upper back for about a week. I knew that the likelihood of me getting an appointment before Christmas was slim, but she managed to squeeze me in on a Saturday morning. I had previously worked at a Spa for several years, and had the pleasure of being the guinea pig on new techniques, so I feel very comfortable getting massages. I was greeted by my therapist who took a few minutes to get to know me, what I do, and if I was in any discomfort. She took me back to the room and got right to work. I love that you don’t need to undress, which allowed for a full hour of body work. Prior to visiting Ground Luminosity, I had never had Shiatsu massage, but have recommending it to anyone and everyone that will listen. I expected some relief after my session, but didn’t anticipate a full recovery. Shiatsu massage is unlike any massage I’ve ever had, it was not only relaxing but was truly healing. I'd like to say "Thank you" to Curran and her staff at Ground Luminosity for making sure I started off 2020 on the right foot!

Just came from my acupuncture and cupping session with Kearney. I feel balanced, at ease in the world; a true sense of relaxation and well-being. If you are considering these alternative therapies take the leap! I did and have found it immeasurably helpful.
