Dr. Rosenberg is warm and friendly and expert in what he does, my appointment went well and was able to interact and get advice from him during the entire time of my appointment. Amy in the store is super professional and helpful, I love the fact that when she has to pick up a call, she make it a point to tell the caller she is with a customer and cannot talk and ask them to call back. She didn't make me wait to take other customer calls, she make sure she get me what I need and gave me the attention and not try to multi-task to entertain multiple customers at once, which could be frustrating for us when we experience being kept waiting!!
Went on-line to book an appointment and found an opening for the same day. Arrived to the appointment @ 1 and was called to see the doctor after a very short wait. The staff was friendly and the service was swift and efficient. Thank you!
