We love Walker’s Pet Hotail! Our Charlie is loving but sometimes particular and Walkers welcomes him with open arms. He has been to daycare and boarded and has always left happy and TIRED. Its very clean, no smells, and the receptionist is always so pleasant. I do make phone calls and check on him when boarded and they are always willing to give a quick update. The play areas have indoor and outdoor spaces with 3 separate play areas depending on size and personality. They also have small play areas and walking paths for the pups who enjoy their alone time. Feels like we’re leaving our dog with family. The staff there is loving and attentive to every dog and cat that comes in, whether for daycare or for an extended stay. Our dog loves it there. She’s very well cared for and is excited every day to go. And when we pick her up after work, she is tired and happy from the social experience.
booking was very easy, they actually tried to help me find a local vet when i wasn’t sure i’d be able to get shots in time. they took my last minute boarding request for a holiday weekend, check in was super quick and painless, and on pickup their review of my dogs stay was way more detailed and thorough than i expected. i was worried about finding a place for my senior girl but we’ll definitely go back here!
