For a few times, I was just going to get my toes done. A friend of mine convinced to get my nails. Today, I experienced an outburst from Tom that was quite disturbing. I'm very laid back and respectful HOWEVER, that was not reciprocated. .. when I washed my hands after TOM Cao did my particular service.... First off, he drilled my cuticles so hard I felt like I was going into surgery, not only that he was so rough and removing the nails I've needed to be repaired I was in so much pain just sitting in that chair. Horrible service today. He did not take all old red polish off, still on 4 fingers. Was working too fast. Did not put on the kind of polish requested to cover natural nail bed blemishes and old red polish on 4 fingers. Was too busy to try another Polish to cover blemishes and spots but insisted on using a pinkish tinted clear base saying that's what he uses for all French tips. Customers are to be treated as individuals with unique preferences! 2nd time as a walkin..wait wasn't bad 30-40mins max. Had Ms Lisa which is an exceptional tech. Every tech including Mr Tom are all very nice and professional. I enjoy the services. I will return monthly.
