I had an incredible experience with Claude Odom of Rainbow Restoration. On the coldest night this past winter, my house pipes froze and flooded two floors of our house. Water poured into our kitchen and living area and waterfalls from the upper level below destroyed the lower floor. I called three restoration companies and all but Rainbow Restoration said they might be able to get to my house later that day or maybe the next day. Claude Odom called me right back and his crew was at my house within an hour. Their equipment was in our house for ten days dealing with the water and water damage. Every step of the way he communicated with me and I gave him complete access to my house while my husband and I stayed in a hotel. I sensed he was trustworthy. He was. At every step of the way, he was professional, conscientious, reliable, and nice. I highly recommend Claude Odom and Rainbow Restoration!
