“I had an incredible experience with Claude Odom of Rainbow Restoration. On the coldest night this past winter, my house pipes froze and flooded two floors of our house. Water poured into our kitchen and living area and waterfalls from the upper level below destroyed the lower floor. One of the classes I have taken is the Fabric Pro course taught by Jim Pemberton, and boy am I glad I did.The Fabric Pro class has several things working synergistically that make it such a great class. First, Jim is incredibly knowledgeable of the subject matter. Second is Jim himself, he is friendly, even keeled and genuinely interested in passing on his knowledge. Third is a course with a good curriculum structure and lots of hands on activities.All of these combine for a great class, but life happens out side the classroom.You can retain a certain percentage of the class material but luckily there is a reference grade workbook I keep on the truck, and most importantly is Jim’s willingness to answer the phone when I find myself in a tough situation that I cannot work through myself. “We had a sewage back up and had originally called another company and when they came out they told us we needed a whole new trap and quoted us $10 grand. My husband decided to get a second opinion and called Roto-Rooter. They were quick to get us scheduled and the next morning I received a confirmation phone call letting me know a time frame for that day. John showed up and was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to unclog our pipes and get the drain flowing again. I'd definitely use them again (let's hope not anytime soon) and recommend them in the future for any plumbing issues. “Boyer & Pentek did an excellent job once they got started. It took a long time to start the job but once they started the process was excellent!! They showed up everyday until the job was finished. Their carpenters, painters and electricians were excellent and easy to work with. Nothing was a problem. They cleaned up at the end of each day and left my property in great condition. I had zero items on a punch list. My only complaint was lack of communication. But at the end of the day I am extremely pleased with the outcome and quality.“
