Very professional, courteous and thorough. Represented the company extremely well. I will be calling to use this company again and for Mark and Mike to come back. They are the best team I have encountered in a long time. Blessings for them and the company for putting the customer first.
Tech came out to complete a one year inspection of furnace work completed last spring. He was very nice, on time, completed the work quickly and the area was neat and clean when he left. Thank you.
The pilot wouldn't stay lit on my hot water tank. I called Comfy Cozy and Dana was very helpful. Said that I could expect a technician between 12-2. I got a text at 11:45, telling me they were on their way. Mark and Sean arrived. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem quickly and went to get the part they needed. They returned within an hour and had the job wrapped up by 2pm. They both seemed to be decent men who cared about doing a good job. The cost was a little expensive but everything is expensive these days.
