(Multiple calls included) Technician came out as a second opinion after another company didn't fix our issue. It took him 10 minutes to find and solve our problem (which meant the previous several hundred dollar work was not actually needed). Would use again 100%. Will update if the fix doesn't hold. House is instantly cooler.
Had the company come out again for a second concern a year later for the hot water tank leaking. The emergency technician walked us through a bandaid fix and they moved the schedule to come out the next day for us.
