First, Jim is incredibly knowledgeable of the subject matter. Second is Jim himself, he is friendly, even keeled and genuinely interested in passing on his knowledge. Third is a course with a good curriculum structure and lots of hands on activities.All of these combine for a great class, but life happens out side the classroom.You can retain a certain percentage of the class material but luckily there is a reference grade workbook I keep on the truck, and most importantly is Jim’s willingness to answer the phone when I find myself in a tough situation that I cannot work through myself. I have only had to call a couple times but when I needed him he was always willing to help.Great class, equally great support after the class is over, 100% recommended.“
