Extremely happy with Rain, James, the installers, and the whole process. James was incredibly helpful and easy to work with regarding scheduling and planning, as well as handling everything with the insurance, which was impressively simple and pain-free. The installers were all polite, professional and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to change out the shakes on our bay window to match the new shingles. Everything was done and cleaned up in a single day, which was great. We also had them replace all of the gutters since they were already doing all this work and are even happier with the gutters than anything else. Everything looks great and we couldn't be more satisfied. Won't hesitate to work with them or recommend them in the future.

In November 2022 a huge hail storm hit the area causing extensive damage. I got three estimates all similar in price. The insurance company wanted to settle for an amount that would not have even covered replacing the roof. Rain was the only company that offered to help support me by advocating my needs to the insurance company. Thanks to the remarkable knowledge of James and Matthew at Rain contracting, and their persistence in advocating for the proper replacement of items damaged, to met the Pennsylvania code law,the job was completed with very little expense out of my pocket. Within the nine months of the construction project, Rain has shown diligence and dedication to working as efficiently as possible with the limitations given them from the insurance company to finish work on time. Even though there were several problems and a delay during the course of the project, because of the insurance companies lack of response, Rain was able to maintain the efficiency of the schedule. Your attention to the specifics of the project design as well as proper scheduling were remarkable. I would not hesitate to refer Rain to other roofing or siding customers that are also in need of quality service.
