Great experience! Both this winter and this summer, I have had to call for service to my aging furnace/AC. They responded quickly and had me up and running in a short time. They are always courteous and friendly.
Malachi responded within minutes on a weekend emergency call I made for my 85 year old stepfather. The coldest night of the year and his gas furnace went on the fritz. PHENOMENAL service and great company to dal with. My ex-HVAC guy went strictly commercial. Of course, as soon as it gets really cold, my furnace acts up. I called another company that came out a week ago . . .and completely messed things up (didn't fix a thing and only made it worse). My husband said to call Eichelberger, as they have been his family's HVAC for over 40 years. Called in the morning, they were there in the afternoon and were fantastic! It was an igniter causing the issues (my furnace was behaving itself making a fool of me until it finally did what I said it had been doing when they were here), replaced, cleaned everything up and BEYOND reasonable...read full review
