Simply put they saved my babies life. From Karen at the front desk who insisted that I bring her in immediately to Michelle, Angela, Emily and all the techs who took such awesome care of Abby. And that doesn't even touch Dr. Lisa who took so much time to diagnose as do the surgery and all the aftercare that is still going to be required to keep her healthy for the remainder of her life. They took all the time I needed to wrap my head around what was happening. I could see the concern and compassion I the eyes of everyone in the office. Please, take your fur kids here. They will do whatever they can to save them.
The staff has no compassion! Dr Lisa was great but when i needed her to call, she did not.. benn taking my dogs there for a few years and you never get in at your scheduled time. When I told them I was leaving their practice, they just said ok. Like I said no compassion!
I had been using countryside for a few years. I have 2 dogs, my 9+ year old has Arthritis, Dr Lisa started him on rejensa a few years ago and it really helped him. Recently he started having more issues getting around. The only option presented to us was to get a pain blocking shot every 30 days for the rest of his life.
We did our own research and found a chiropractor (I wasn't hopeful but wanted to try it) the following day my 9+ year old was running around like a puppy, jumping in bed, and back to his normal, young, high energy self.
