When I moved to Ripley New York, my older house needed extreme plumbing attention which included heating service also. Concord's staff was professional and prompt when called upon. We had instances of frozen pipes, stuck drains, furnace issues.. you name it! When called upon the team responded. The best plumbing company in the area. Prices are extremely reasonable!

We have had several service calls and a complete hvac replacement done by George and his employees. Wonderful experience. They arrived on time, completed the work and left the place in perfect condition. I would recommend them to anyone.

The owner of the company came out on a Saturday on rather short notice to replace my leaking valves under the kitchen sink. He thoroughly checked and tightened everything else and replaced the cheap plastic valves with higher quality brass valves. Super nice guy and great work. Very appreciative of his time.
