Recently came in and got a labret piercing done by Jazz... she came in on her day off and took care of me. Few days later the ball came off and I contacted her and she helped me without a problem. She went above and beyond, she couldve ignored the texts cuz who really wants to be bothered with worked related stuff when you're off the clock? She called the shop and one of the artists helped me without charge. Doesn't seem like much but these days folks take your money and don't care afterwards. Thank you Jazz and team!

Jason was fantastic to deal with and my tattoo came out exactly how I imagined it. he also did one for my husband and my husband loves his as well. very professional, great group of artists in the shop. highly recommend.
