Terran’s team has been cleaning for us for over a year now and they are always attentive to details, respond well to feedback and adapt to change well. We are a large food processing facility and have had many issues with other cleaning companies in the past but all of those issues were addressed when we brought Terran and his team in. When COVID-19 developed we needed additional help with continuous disinfection of frequent touch points throughout our facility and Terran came through in spades! I called him and explained the situation, said we needed thirty people on site ASAP and he made it happen! In addition, Terran is a pleasure to do business with. He is always available to discuss new strategies and always excepts new challenges with a smile.
