Made a call about a broken hose valve, quickly and easily got a technician out within 2 hours of the call and I was constantly updated on the ETA and status of the fix. Harry made quick work of the problem and had it fixed in no time! Wonderful service, thank you!
on a Sunday morning while I was trying to leave home to drive 4 hours to another city, I found my kitchen faucet was leaky and can’t be completely shutdown. I called root rooter and to my surprise, they do have someone picking up the call. They told me the technician will come in 1hr . But after an hour, they told me the tech is finishing up with other customer and will be here in an hour. I had no choice but to wait. The technician did come after about 2hrs and he was able to diagnose and fix my problem. Overall, I like how they stay engaged. And the technician was pretty good. The roto rooter employees came within the requested timeframe of 8-10 & arrived at 8:27. They assessed the issue after I explained my failed attempt to repair my plumbing issue myself. They did have to run for parts twice, but completed the work in a good timeframe of approximately 2 hours & were finishing up paperwork by around 10:25. The work was completed successfully to my satisfaction.Services: Toilet repair
