He explained the work that would be completed in an understandable way and priced the job very fairly. He was on time, kept the work space clean, and had excellent communication. We'll definitely be calling Ray Ross and team for our future plumbing projects and needs. Also Annamaria did a great job communicating scheduling for the project and working around another large project the team was completing during the same time frame. Mary was very kind on the phone too. Highly recommend!
