Still a very loyal customer of PCT. Today was a perfect example of why we continue to use their services for our home and 2 business locations. A bird had made a nest in a gap in our siding and I called yesterday. A techician was scheduled to come out this morning. When Jim Coghlan arrived he knew exactly what to do and while he wasn't expecting to do the work this morning, he was kind enough to get the work done right away. He knew I needed to get back to work and he took care of the problem and also found a bee's nest and took care of that as well! I am so grateful for the service Jim provided this morning.

Written Wednesday: I've lived in my condo for over ten years but this past month I suddenly noticed a strange sound at night. I thought it was the new neighbor in the adjacent unit but then I saw a mouse and not the Mickey variety running along the floor board.
I called my HOA's office and they gave me the number for PCT who already takes care of the common areas in the complex. Alex came out today and he was wonderful. We have been using PCT for a couple of years, but ants have been a recurring problem. Kevin came to our house when we called an he couldn’t hear been more helpful. He was thorough and explained everything he was going to do. He restored our confidence and we hope he also resolved our ant issue.
