Cannot say enough good things about Joe, Odi, George, and the rest of the PenVal Construction team.
Our insurance recommended them to take care of repairs after a pipe burst, causing extensive damage to the main floor—ceilings, walls, and floor. Despite being very busy, they slotted us in as soon as they were able and were here most weekdays for months working diligently to get our home back in shape. Joe was always friendly, didn’t mind all our questions, and showed saintlike patience and understanding as we navigated the process with our insurance company.

Back in February, we had the pleasure of having Pen Val handle some work in our back bedroom. We had previously experienced leaks in the roof that were never properly dealt with, and as such, the ceiling was stained and damaged. The guys from Pen Val came out, assessed the situation and got to work. They kept things clean and kept us abreast of the work being done. They were friendly and really just a joy to deal with. So thank you, Joe C., Joe, Greg and Dave for everything! In a matter of days you fixed an issue dogging us for a few years. We definitely recommend Pen Val and will consider them first for any further work we need to have done!
PenVal did a fantastic job on our bathroom renovation project. They upgraded the sink, vanity, did a super job on the floor tile as well as the shower tile. The new shower and fixtures look amazing. The PenVal workers were courteous, protected our hardwood floors and cleaned up their work space everyday. They were a real pleasure.
