Horrid service. Have been calling for weeks and nobody ever answers the phone. Also, the patient portal is a joke, that doesn't work either. What is wrong with the regional health center? Why do they not answer the phone?
It’s horrible you can never get through with calling, they pick the phone up and hang up. The staff is rude and they always have attitudes. It’s the worst Dr. office I ever been too.
Been trying to get my daughters appointment scheduled finally got on scheduled and they canceled less then 15 minutes before. Now It’s been impossible to get ahold of them they never answer there phone this place sucks!!! Don’t waste your time
