I went online and googled notary offices near me in Norristown. This was the one that showed and on my first call, a woman picked up the phone and answered any questions I had. She was also kind and was nice enough to let me meet her at the office or my residence, whichever I preferred. She told me she would be there around 6:20 and showed at 6:18pm. She was quick, pleasant and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
