When I called they provided a reasonable estimate based off hourly work. The locksmith that did come over was able to fully install my new deadbolt. He was pleasant and did a fine job. He made sure everything was working to our satisfaction and was sure to clear away any mess that was made.

I needed a residential door key which is obsolete, the proprietor ordered replacements, got them within 2 business days, handmade copies on the spot, even close to his closing time. Also VERY knowledgeable and willing to share information.

I needed a replacement key for my son's electric dirt bike after he lost one of the originals at a friend's house. The key was very unique and I went to Lowe's, Ace and another locksmith shop in an effort to get a copy. All said that they could not copy the key. I sent a picture of the key to someone at Brass Lock and Key, and was told that I could bring it in and he would try. After working on it for nearly 15 minutes, he gave us two working copies and refused to take any money!! It was such a kind and generous gesture and I can't recommend this locksmith more highly! Wonderful people!
