Thank you for a wonderful experience with your store! Rebecca spent hours searching for replacement cartridges for my almost 30 year old cooktop. She found the exact ones for our model and they fit like a glove. We could not be happier with the service we received from Rebecca and this transaction as a whole! Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service. I called this place for the first time because I needed a part for my new Whirlpool dishwasher. They didn't have the part in the system yet because the dishwasher was so new but the lady called Whirlpool to figure out which part I needed. She got back to me quickly and was very helpful. Even though I didn't end up buying the part from them because it was factory backordered from Whirlpool, the lady was very helpful and honest about what I should do to resolve my issue. If I need another part in the future I will definitely go back to All Brand.

Customer service is great! Always a pleasure walking in and feel like family. I was working with Norristown Used appliances when I went in. They actually let me borrow a tape measure. LOL
