Having our basement refurbished after a sump pump failure. Obtained estimates from four (4) contractors for the work. We chose Yeager. Adam Yeager, owner, arrived 745am on Monday AM exactly as agreed and began work. Very professional and easy to work with. Responsive and easy to communicate with. Clear estimate was provided before work commenced. It was adjusted during the work downward, by Adam. Work proceeded for three days then we had a day off so drywall work could dry. Drying process took a day or two longer than anticipated and the sanding folks came by the following Monday. They did a nice job. Painters were delayed a day and came on Thursday AM.
