These guys are the real deal! We live in a very old home in Southampton and we have had them out to convert to gas. It was a project and they were fantastic! So professional and kind. Had them out for other things as well. They are knowledgeable and are always willing to help you. Keith is such a great service manager. Just by talking to him on the phone, he is incredibly helpful. If you want something done right,… Call them.
I’m NOT very knowledgeable about the boilers/water heaters/A/C units in the scary basement of my hundred year old house- I signed up for a service plan, and just had a tune-up visit from one of their service technicians- Liam. Very professional, courteous, friendly service and Liam was very willing to explain what everything is doing and what’s working well and what is not. Brian who runs Service First helped to install our air conditioning over 20 years ago so he / his team knows what they are doing.
Also was really happy with the modern heating/air conditioning units I had installed a few years back. Five stars all around!
Exceptional first impression! I called and within 2 hrs, a service came. He was polite and made sure to keep my floors clean. As I needed to replace my system, another rep came, provided options and set me up for installation within a few days (and it’s the Friday of Labor Day weekend:) Sucks to be in this situation, and nice to have it addressed so quickly.
