One of their supervisors came to my door and asked to use the water out of the spigot in the back of the townhouse. I said you cannot use it. I explained I had work done to it recently due to a leakage problem.I went out for an hour or so to run an errand. When I returned I found their employees using the water out of the spigot that I said not to use. They had hooked up their own hose to it and spraying some grounds project they were working on.I don't know how long they've been using or 'stealing' water. I was able to file a report but the police said it was a civil matter and didn't do much.Because I live in a townhouse complex we have public grounds the HOA hired them to manage. But I strongly feel this supervisor and their employees violated some kind of law by approaching the property and taking water out of the faucet. Again, I specifically stated they cannot use the water when he came to my front door. I also explained in detail why it shouldn't be used.The police called it a civil matter. But if they went onto a single home property, went to the back and took something like this it would have been handled more seriously. The supervisor on site apparently thought it was okay to violate my property and steal because I own a home in a townhouse complex.

I worked here and let me assure you. The Greer family is very old school and very disrespectful. Everything has to be done quick and in a hurry here. And as you can imagine this leads to a poor quality at work. This company is average at best
