I recently brought Mischa, to Newton Veterinary Hospital, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the truly exceptional experience we had.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and customer service were outstanding. The staff immediately made us feel welcome and provided a calm, reassuring environment. Their communication throughout our visit was clearly explained every step of Mischa's care plan, answered all my questions and kept me fully informed.
It was clear that the entire team is dedicated and deeply passionate about animal welfare. Mischa was treated with such gentleness and compassion, which significantly eased my anxiety.
Great vet to take your pet. Service is great. Most of the staff are pleasant. My last experience with the front desk could have been better. I set up an appointment after a cancelation happened and I was told on the Otto app that my appointment would be 9:30 am.
Next day I get a call at 8:40 am asking where I am and was told in a rude tone that my appointment was 8:30 am and not 9:30 am. I rushed in and during check-in showed the receptionist (the one I spoke to on the phone) the screenshot of the Otto conversation that showed 9:30 am. Never got an apology, just said "Well we'll have to check in on that disconnect."
