Newtown Optical deserves five stars! My wife’s glasses needed a quick repair while we were in town, and even though we hadn’t purchased them there (we’re from out of state), the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They fixed her glasses right away and wouldn’t take a dime for it. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find these days. We truly appreciate their kindness and highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

Outstanding service! I’m very particular with my glasses. Went to many locations until Georgij helped me find a pair that fit best. Did not push anything on me that I didn’t want and was very patient. Helped me pick out all the options at a reasonable price. Unfortunately after finalizing everything and putting down a deposit, we realized my insurance did not cover as much as it would at other locations. Georgij refunded me the deposit and even let me know how to replicate my order elsewhere, 10/10 customer service, you will not be disappointed!!
