“I just finished my first week unlimited trial at Blue Butterfly and would give this studio a 10/10 if i could. All the teachers are amazing as well as the classes. I had never done Bikram before and am now addicted. My back and neck pain was fully gone by the second day of practicing and my body just feels so strong and healthy. One teacher told me the hot yoga practice is really good for inflammation and detoxification and I definitely feel that. Additionally, everyone who practices there is really nice and supportive to new people.“

“My very first yoga class & I'm hooked!!! The atmosphere is very serene & calming which eased my nervousness. All members of the class were friendly & encouraging. Dr Ware is very interactive with members of the class. There were members from different levels & I did not feel intimidated. Some tasks were a little difficult for me because of a car accident a year ago. I can honestly say that afterwards I felt more range of motion from the evenly paced movements & stretching. “Dr. Kelli is wonderful. Anyone who is reluctant (as I was) to see a chiropractor, you won't regret it once you leave their office. She listened and was receptive to my concerns. I was having side pain that my other doctors could not identify even with X-rays and CT scans. My son was working with Dr.Kelli and I deciding to see if she could offer any suggestions. After one session I started to feel a difference. After about 4 sessions I moved to a maintenance plan and I couldn't be happier.“
