Great experience!!! Our generator stopped working. We had a referral contractor come out to assess. After several hours, this other contractor suggested we needed a new motor or a new generator and was more interested in signing us up for service 2x per year.We got Regnier as a preferred vendor on the Generac Generator Co. website. Frank came out very next day and diagnosed the problem, advising it was likely covered by warranty. He confirmed with Generac and had them ship him them parts. Fixed an issue with a Nest thermostat two other HVAC companies couldn't. Provided honest, accurate and quick estimate on other services. Great client service. All the employees I've dealt with have been wonderful but Tom deserves an extra shout-out for being particularly helpful and clever in determining the issue!
