Had a leftover piece of carpet I wanted to get binded for an area rug. Mr. Kraynik was helpful in guiding me through the process and was able to bind the carpet quickly. It looks great. Would highly recommend.

I needed a bound carpet re-cut and re-bound for use in another room. They did it fast, inexpensively, and it looks great. I would absolutely go to them again for any of my flooring needs.

We competitively bid a very large flooring project for our home that included wood and rugs (different types) for ~2500+ square feet. The price we got from 'not Kraynik' was 1/3 higher for the same work from the 2nd company. That's just pricing though. Kraynik also came to our home and worked with us on selection, brainstorming trouble areas, and helping us understand the work. The Kraynik team knows flooring extremely well and was able to support us with any questions we have - from how do we clean and repair, what's 'surging vs binding', where to start - and lots more. Very patient with us, gave us the time we needed to understand (and we ask a lot of questions). And when it came time to do the work, I feel as if they treated my home as if it was theirs (keeping the areas as clean as possible while working, making sure we can use key areas end of day when the work required more than a day, attention to details, cleaning up end of job...). I do not understand the prior review - it comments on wearing of masks only (and Kraynik is vaxxed and boosted and maintains distance), not the work or the help.
