Like many others, our home suffered significant damage as a result of the June 2020 Dericho storm. A large tree branch fell on our house and seriously damaged our cedar shank roof. Significant winds further ripped up cedar shanks in various areas of our roof. John Martin (Home Insured) worked tirelessly with us and USAA to document, submit, and follow up on claims. We chose to hire John and his team to repair the entire roof and fix other damaged areas of wood. They did an EXCELLENT job. The men were such professional, skilled, hard workers. Always kind and trustworthy. They arrived early, worked a full day, and went above and beyond in their craftsmanship. We were so pleased with their work that we're hoping to use John Martin and his team again for other home projects in the future. In addition, it was a pleasure to work with John. We really felt like he was on our team and are thankful to have been referred to him. His efforts with the adjusters made a real difference.
