Great gym to work out at with lots to choose from. I never have to wait long for any equipment. Staff and other members are friendly. I'm big on clean locker rooms. The facility is well kept. Good local gym without the overwhelming corporate look and feel. The community is nice and feels safe at any hour. It's tucked away in Newton Square's Ellis Preserve.
Steve runs an energizing, challenging and fun strength and cardio class. And the Ellis athletic center as a whole shares the same vibe. Steve and his team offer everything you need in a community gym.
The Ellis Athletic Center is a fun, friendly, well-run facility. I attend the SilverSneaker classes that occur at 11 AM on weekdays. The teachers are encouraging and professional.Ellis does not have a pool but they do have well maintained equipment for members to use.I feel fortunate to have this fine facility close by in Newtown Square.
