EJ Harrold has been servicing my oil furnace in my 1800s home since I moved in in 2005 (and they helped the previous owners too). They are polite, quick, reasonably priced, and always there right away when there's an emergency. They are straight shooters and very honest. They are 10 stars out of 5!!!!

My furnace was damaged during a power surge and two HVAC companies told me I would have to replace it due to its age (1996) at $10, 000. Something I couldn’t afford to do at the time. I called EF Harrold for in a “Hail Mary” and not only did they fixed it, they had all the parts in stock and on the truck! The tech was extremely knowledgeable and was very professional. Parts and labor was just 5% the cost of a new furnace. I also had them do an annual service cleaning and maintenance. The tech suggested upgrading to a newer fuel nozzle because it would significantly reduce my fuel consumption!

My mother and family have dealt with this company for years and have always received nothing but the best courteous service you could ask for. Joe and his son have done repairs for my moms air conditioner and always saved her money. this is a great organization to deal with. She was a senior and didn't always understand what Joe was talking about but he always took good care of her. thank you Joe
