D&K was able to schedule a next day appointment for my refrigerator problem. The tech, Jesse, was very knowledgeable, thorough and explained everything in a way that was clear to me. I would definitely use D&K for any future appliance problems.

We ordered all of our new kitchen appliances from D&K and are very happy. Rob from Service has been excellent in dealing with one on-going glitch with an oven. His technical expertise and follow through have been awesome. Knowing he was working with the manufacturer and following up left us feeling much less frustrated and very happy with D&K's service. A wonderful repair experience. D and K were able to schedule me for service on my dryer for the next day. My repairman Shawn Smith - who I mistakenly called John (so sorry) was prompt, thorough and went over the repair in detail; even showing me the parts involved. I thought the repair was reasonably priced. Would use again
