I have used Biz Tech for around 10 years now. Shri and all his staff are quick to respond to a problem and quick to resolve it.They are all patient, polite and knowledgeable.The reports I get monthly are thorough and make me feel well protected.I could not recommend them more highly.
I received my new computer and couldn't be happier! All of my programs were transferred from the old computer to the new. My technician was very professional and when I got the new computer, the keyboard wouldn't work with Jaws, which is my screen reader due to being blind. In less than 24 hours, I had a new keyboard. I love the media functions that it offers as well as being able to use it with all of the Jaws commands that I'm accustomed to. Thank you and I couldn't be happier!
We took our computer to these guys on Wednesday afternoon and had it back by Friday afternoon. Great customer service! Let us know quickly the problem, the price and when it could be ready. Very reasonable! We highly recommend this company.
