Ani guided my first meditation experience.It was deeper than I had anticipated.You can only teach yourself so much. If you’re new to meditation,like me,I would recommend a guided session with Ani. I couldn’t have achieved the depth of focus w/o her! I felt safe enough to go that deep. I’m looking forward to growing a newer and free-er me. To be in the moment. And, looking forward to more techniques as I grow. And it made the massage more enjoyable,appreciative,focused.A great space with interesting objects ,books, sounds and just overall cool in a warm way! Thnx Ani

Ani is a very attentive massage therapist and does an excellent job at the massage but also listening and paying attention to your body to help you heal. I felt so much better after my session and I will make this a part of my self care routine.
