We are very pleased with our new constant pressure well pump system installed by Negley's Water & Well Drilling. We were already satisfied Negley's customers as they installed & maintain our water softener-uv system. All the associates we've dealt with from day 1 are impressive. The customer service experts have solved my water softener issues more than once right then & there on the phone with clear & patient guidance. I've never gotten anybody on the phone who wasn't super pleasant, from customer service to finance dept to engineers to anybody who has ever answered. We finished our Well today. I am very happy with the results, I definitely recommend Negley's. Very professional from the initial call .Gavin is so knowledgeable and patiently explained the process , Kudos to Joe and Jordan ( drilling team) for their punctuality , they were fast, knowledgeable, and polite. I am looking forward to continuing working with Negley's
Negley’s has been very responsive and thorough in all of their service and recommendations from UV filter, well pump, softeners, etc. I recommend them for any water treatment service.
