The thermostat in my electric water heater went out, and so I called around to eight different companies essentially asking three questions: do you work on manufactured homes, do you work on water heaters, and do you have availability to come out within the next 2 days? This is the only company that said to all three, which surprised me because apparently most plumbing companies won't work on mobile homes.Not only was there quote the cheapest I had heard to come out and look at the problem but they came the very next day! The two gentlemen fixed the problem within 20 minutes and explained everything they were doing so that I knew how to assess the problem in the future if it happened again and to give them a call. Needless to say they are now the number one plumbing company that I'm going to call for all of my needs. First time taking my ford f250 to have a crossover pipe and gasket and bolts replaced very happy with the communication though the process when I picked my truck up he said we cleaned the under side of your hood looks like new very happy will go back

This is one of the best construction companies I've seen. We had a 2 story garage addition to our house and love it. They are the nicest people and did a great job. Very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company for whatever projects you may have large or small.

We are very pleased with our new constant pressure well pump system installed by Negley's Water & Well Drilling. We were already satisfied Negley's customers as they installed & maintain our water softener-uv system. All the associates we've dealt with from day 1 are impressive. The customer service experts have solved my water softener issues more than once right then & there on the phone with clear & patient guidance. I've never gotten anybody on the phone who wasn't super pleasant, from customer service to finance dept to engineers to anybody who has ever answered. All of the service, sales & engineer folks that have come to our home have been very professional, polite & personable. I wish I could remember all the names but the last 2 here for install were Walker & Turner & they were no exception to the exceptional customer experience we are used to with Negley's. Oh & my water pressure is so much better now. This holiday weekend we had 6 guests & no dropped pressure with simultaneous usage. The time it took to water my garden was cut by a third & the improved shower pressure felt great. The new system is WELL worth it. Kudos Negley's, we are grateful.
