Had Acey Excavating come out to give me an estimate on some grading around my home to take care of suspected water infiltration. Instead of unnecessarily doing work to get paid, Cody was honest and told me I didn’t need grading and excavation and instead gave me some advice on how I could do some minimal work myself to take care of the problem.
