Tom was great. On time, friendly and made the repair quickly. My only concern was why it took so long to get the appointment. The parts came in on 4/17 so very disappointing to have to wait so long.

He was honest in his suggestions, and took my situation into account, which I greatly appreciated. I, unfortunately, have to purchase a new appliance, but the overall service experience was great.
