Often, cleaning companies have a bad rap regarding theft of items (and we used to have problems with this too with our old cleaners), but in the 16-17 years with Michael we have ever had an issue. Furthermore, he displays an immense amount of work-ethic, often going above and beyond with his day-to-day cleaning activities.
