Awful urgent care waited from 10:30 to 1:30 and still had several people ahead of me ended up having to leave, I would never go here for urgent care. About half of the people waiting for the urgent care left before they were seen. I can't comment on the care itself I was never seen, appeared very under staffed. My personal doctor is at another union location and this experience has me debating whether I'd like to continue associating with UCC. Go to the UPMC or LGH instead.

Though the service once you actually get an appointment and are taken back is good, getting to that point is difficult. I’ve had multiple experiences where we arrive to an appmt only to be told we can’t be seen because paperwork is not in order and they called the wrong number to get it straightened out, they refuse to mail your own medical records to you, and when I stopped by to pick them up everyone was gone earlier than their posted hours online. I’ve called and left a message and never received a call back. Overall very difficult office to work with.

They change their building every other year, then make you reschedule because you are exactly 10 minutes late, even though you had to take off work. Even when there is ABSOLUTELY NO ONE in the waiting room. And when you call NO ONE answers! I'm currently on hold TRYING to reschedule as per their making!! Place is ridiculous. No wonder the good doctors leave! .... STILL ON HOLD!.....
