Union Community Care provides comprehensive, affordable, and inclusive healthcare. The staff is friendly and amazing, from the receptionists to the nurses, and they are good at getting appointments. The care is fantastic and person-focused. The office is clean, and the dental work is as good as the service. They are very understanding and provide tailored care for every person, with or without insurance. It is a Patient-Centered Medical Home where health goes beyond medicine to build resilient communities. Patients recommend looking past any bad reviews, as the clinic is well worth the time.
Office is clean, all of the receptionists are nice except for one, good at getting in for appointments, Dr. Ferguson has no personality or hates his job, I'm paying for insurance that sucks!
I absolutely love Janine Muir! So knowledgeable and is so kind. I switched my entire family over to her! I highly recommend this clinic. Everyone is amazing! From the friendly receptionist to every nurse. The care here is fantastic!
Though the service once you actually get an appointment and are taken back is good, getting to that point is difficult. I’ve had multiple experiences where we arrive to an appmt only to be told we can’t be seen because paperwork is not in order and they called the wrong number to get it straightened out, they refuse to mail your own medical records to you, and when I stopped by to pick them up everyone was gone earlier than their posted hours online. I’ve called and left a message and never received a call back. Overall very difficult office to work with.
