Came prepared to our appointment already having done the research into the type of database I use. It was so efficient and refreshing to not have to navigate the entire system in our meeting because Nick had already figured out exactly what would have to be done on their end to make my system work on a network. Professional, courteous and I really look forward to a seamless transition from one database to multiple on a network.
