I have a small family business that just switched to Culligan for our spring water deliveries and they've been great to work with from the start. I don't know if the other company just got too big merging with other water companies but it got to the point where we would go a month or nore without a delivery because they would skip our business claiming they didn't know where we were located even though we've been with them for years and they service other business in our complex. Culligan has been so personable and every time we have a new driver that's not quite sure where to go, they always call so we aren't missed. We’ve always relied on Culligan to ensure the quality of our well water. Technician Jeremy always answers any questions we have, is informative and professional; he’s been our Culligan rep for many years. We highly recommend Culligan.
Jeremy is courteous and gets the testing of water completed as well as checking two units replacing filter on the drinking water system and checking function of salt water softener system.
