“I must say I am very surprised at all of the one star ratings. Josh with Mark Allen has come out twice for me only for seasonal check ups on my air conditioner and furnace but I have been so very pleased with them. Josh came out last week and it was The next day after I had had to put my 18-year-old little doggie to sleep. I wasn't even going to come out of the bedroom since I had a friend over but when I learned it was Josh, I did come out and he was just so nice. He had the same experience week before and he actually made me feel better. I feel they did a great job and Josh even got me an additional discount. I have a much bigger job coming up and will probably use Mark Allen heating and cooling because they do more than just plumbing.“
